What is a Stress Massage?
Stress Massage/Therapeutic Massage is a combination of techniques that I have developed over many years. It combines into a treatment that is somewhere in between a spa type/aromatherapy type massage and a sports massage. So good pressure working on your problem areas but not that deep that you can't relax and enjoy it. It is very much prescriptive to each persons need but hopefully this give you an idea of what to expect.
Stress Massage has always been well received and much more powerful than you would expect on your body, mind and overall wellness. This is a great way to add in some self care for your stress management.
Therapeutic massage is a type of complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) practice that is often used to treat muscle pain, injury, and stiffness. Massage therapy has also been used for the treatment of mental and emotional problems, including stress, anxiety, and depression.

Also considered a relaxation technique, massage therapy may be able to help reduce tension and promote calm and deep relaxation. Massage can also assist in managing panic disorder, helping to curb feelings of fear and anxiety.
